Doktor_Ku - An Artist for Whom Music Became Salvation and the Meaning of Life

Doktor_Ku - is a musician, songwriter, and performer whose творчество is built on sincere emotions, personal experiences, and real-life stories. His journey into music began in childhood: first came piano lessons, then music school with accordion studies, alongside dancing and sports. But everything truly changed when he first picked up a guitar in the ninth grade. Since that moment, music has become an inseparable part of his life.

While studying at the medical academy in Tyumen, Doktor_Ku founded the rock band “X-Vagus,” where he served as the songwriter, vocalist, and rhythm guitarist. The group quickly became well known within the student community and played an important role in shaping his creative identity.

Later, life brought major changes: family, work, moving to a new place, and the birth of children. For a time, music remained only a personal hobby at home. But after difficult life experiences and emotional hardships, creativity became a true salvation for the artist. That was when Doktor_Ku returned to writing poetry, composing music, and turning emotions into songs once again.

The artist does not limit himself to a single genre. Each composition is born naturally: first come the lyrics, then the melody follows, and the music seems to choose its own direction. Doktor_Ku’s sound has been influenced by artists and bands such as Korol i Shut, Noize MC, HammAli & Navai, Pornofilmy, and Ruki Vverh!.

The musician describes his art in three simple words:

“Soul. Life. Remedy.”

Most of Doktor_Ku’s songs are based on personal stories and emotions. One special place in his discography belongs to the track “Pol Chasa” (“Half an Hour”) - one of the artist’s most sincere and emotionally powerful works, dedicated to the painful loss of a loved one.

Today, Doktor_Ku continues to actively work on new releases and develop his musical career. His future plans include releasing new songs, creating music videos, and eventually performing live concerts across the country.

The artist’s main message to his listeners is simple:

“No matter how hard life gets - never give up. The best track has not been written yet.”
