Alexey - Music as a Way to Tell His Story
Alexey came to music during a difficult period in his life. Creativity became more than just a new passion for him - it became a way to cope with his emotions, loneliness, and everything happening around him.
At the time, he was trying to quit smoking while also being at war. Constant inner tension, irritation, and difficult experiences needed an outlet. That was when Alexey decided to channel his thoughts and emotions into creativity.
Individual phrases, thoughts, observations, and moments from his life began to fill the notes on his phone. At first, they were simply small drafts without any particular structure, but gradually they began to form the foundation of future songs.
Music gave him an opportunity to step away from what was happening around him while preserving the moments he had lived through, so that one day he could share them with other people.

Music as a Remedy for Loneliness
Alexey does not want to limit himself to a single musical direction. He enjoys experimenting with sound and exploring different genres.
He is particularly drawn to rap and rock, while pop music appears in his work less often. One of the styles Alexey finds especially interesting is the sound associated with Dora, whose music inspires him to experiment with his own material.
However, genre remains secondary to him. What matters much more is the story and emotion inside the song itself.
Alexey describes his music through three concepts: self-expression, emotion, and storytelling.
And music itself, he says, is a remedy for loneliness.
Through music, it is possible to say things that can sometimes be difficult to express in an ordinary conversation. A song can preserve a particular moment in life, convey an emotional state, and allow another person, even for just a few minutes, to see the world through the artist's eyes.
Songs That Begin with Life
Almost every one of Alexey's songs begins with an idea or a particular moment from real life.
Sometimes a single phrase, event, or emotion is enough. Alexey writes down the thought and may return to it again and again, gradually adding new lines.
That is why working on a single song can sometimes take several months.
For him, there is nothing unusual about that. He writes in his free time and does not try to finish a song simply for the sake of releasing it sooner. A draft can remain in his notes for a long time until another phrase suddenly appears and allows the story to continue.
Alexey does not consider the process of writing a song particularly difficult.
The most important thing is to find a story or a moment within yourself that you genuinely want to share with other people. Once that story exists, the words gradually begin to come on their own.
Some of his songs are deeply personal.
Alexey understands that not every listener will fully understand the experiences and meanings behind such songs. Yet it is precisely this honesty that remains an important part of his creative identity.
Through music, he wants to give people an opportunity to learn more about his life - what he is going through now and what he has already been through.
The Desire to Create Music Was Always There
Alexey's interest in writing his own songs began long before his first full releases. He had always wanted to create music and tell stories through songs.
One of the main challenges along the way has been finding the right sound.
Writing lyrics and finding a story is only part of the process. The next challenge is making the finished composition sound exactly the way the artist imagined it in his head.
Alexey takes these difficulties in stride. Technical challenges can be solved, experience comes gradually, and every new track provides another opportunity to learn more about the process of creating music.
“Я тебе обещал” (“I Promised You”) - A Special First Track
Among his own songs, Alexey particularly highlights the track “Я тебе обещал” (“I Promised You”).
It was his very first track, which gives it a special place in his creative journey.
First songs are rarely technically perfect, but they are where the journey begins. They preserve the artist's state of mind at the moment when the desire to make music first turned into something real - something that could be shared with other people.
That is why “I Promised You” is more than just another song for Alexey. It is the starting point of his musical journey.
When a Song Begins to Live Apart from Its Creator
Alexey still has mixed feelings about hearing his music played on the radio.
He admits that he has not yet fully understood what he feels about it. Hearing a song on the radio is interesting, but what matters much more to him is not simply having a track on air - it is receiving a genuine response from real people.
Alexey considers feedback to be one of the most important parts of creativity.
He wants to know what listeners felt while hearing a song, what thoughts it inspired, what they liked, and what may have remained unclear.
Because behind these songs are real emotions and experiences.
Through his music, Alexey wants to gradually tell listeners his own story - to show them different chapters of his life and speak about the events he is currently going through or has already experienced.
Not everyone will interpret these stories in the same way. But for the artist, having the opportunity to be heard is what truly matters.
Creativity Continues Even Through Difficult Times
When asked what he is working on right now, Alexey answers very directly: preserving his own life and his homeland.
Despite the circumstances, music remains a part of his life.
New songs, releases, and other creative projects will continue to appear. Perhaps not as often as he himself would like, but Alexey has no intention of abandoning creativity altogether.
Music remains a space where he can channel the thoughts and emotions that accumulate within him.
He considers the evening and nighttime particularly suitable for new ideas.
When everything around him becomes quieter, there is more room in his mind for thoughts, individual phrases, and future stories.
And Alexey does not feel the need to explain everything in advance. Sometimes it is better to leave part of the meaning unknown, allowing listeners to discover something of their own within a song.
Contemporary Music as a Source of Inspiration
Alexey sees the contemporary music scene primarily as a source of inspiration.
The opportunity to hear completely different artists, observe experiments with sound, and see just how diverse modern music can be motivates him to try new things and search for his own form of expression.
Alexey does not confine himself to a single genre, nor does he try to decide in advance exactly what his next track must sound like.
Today it might be rap, tomorrow rock, and after that something entirely different.
What matters most is that there is a genuine story behind the sound.
Live, Love, Create
Through his songs, Alexey does not try to present himself as someone who has all the answers. On the contrary, his music reflects his own journey - difficult periods, emotions, doubts, and moments he wants to preserve.
And he encourages his listeners not to postpone life or creativity until later:
“Live, love, create - right now.”
He also encourages people not to be afraid to share their impressions.
The audience's opinion genuinely matters to Alexey. Comments, messages, and even constructive criticism give him an opportunity to see his own music through someone else's eyes.
“Don't forget to share your thoughts about my songs. I've always been interested in hearing what you think about each track.”

For Alexey, music remains first and foremost a way to preserve emotions and transform lived experiences into stories - stories that one day may resonate with someone he has never even met.
And as long as there are new thoughts, new events, and new lines appearing in his notes, this story will continue.
