Olesya Smirnova

Olesya Smirnova is a young singer for whom music has already become a way of life. She is 11 years old and studies at both a general education school and a music school. Olesya has been practicing vocal performance for seven years and also plays the piano. She first appeared on stage at the age of four, initially performing as part of an ensemble before beginning her solo career.

Olesya actively participates in competitions, festivals, concerts, and fashion shows, successfully combining her musical activities with modeling, dancing, and studies. Despite a busy schedule, music remains her main source of inspiration and joy.

In 2024, Olesya released her first original songs, which are now available on major music platforms, including Yandex Music, VK, and others. At this stage of her career, she does not limit herself to a single musical style, performing both folk and contemporary songs while continuously searching for her own unique sound.

Her musical taste and vocal development have been influenced by such renowned artists as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Pelageya, and Adele. Working closely with her vocal coach, Olesya explores different styles and learns how to express her own voice through music.

Her songs reflect personal emotions and experiences. Her repertoire includes bright and cheerful tracks such as “Summer, Light It Up!” as well as more lyrical and atmospheric compositions like “Winter Queen” and “Eternal Saint Petersburg.” Each song carries a part of her inner world, telling stories about friendship, life, her beloved city, and the beauty of everyday moments.

A special place in Olesya’s work is held by the song “Winter Queen” — a gentle, melodic piece about the ability to see magic in simple things: snowflakes falling onto frozen ground, sparkling frost under streetlights, festive shop windows, and stars shining in the night sky.

For Olesya, hearing her music on the radio is always a joyful experience, as it gives her the opportunity to share her creativity with listeners across Russia and beyond. She values feedback from her audience and is grateful for every comment, like, and message of support, as well as for those who simply listen quietly.

At the moment, Olesya is working on several new songs, with upcoming releases planned in the coming months. She is open to creative collaborations and looks to the future with enthusiasm, continuing to develop her vocal skills, piano playing, and modeling career.
