Vitaly Sazonov

Vitaly Sazonov is a songwriter whose musical universe arose at the intersection of a passion for electronic music and deep immersion in the world of information technology. His creative path began in 1991 with writing poems and lyrics, which eventually took the form of songs. Vitaly creates complete musical works, where words and sounds exist in an inseparable unity. Experiments with sound, which began at the end of the last century using software synthesizers, became the foundation for a unique sound.

As a professional and manager in the field of IT and big data with more than 20 years of experience, Vitaly finds inspiration and tools for creativity in technological progress. His first conscious musical project was the synthpop project "electrohandicap" (https://electrohac.narod.ru), launched in 2002. In collaboration with vocalist Zoya Aleshenkova, Vitaly acted as the author of music and lyrics, arranger, sound engineer and backing vocalist. In 2003, the track "Someone" rose to the top 3 of the electronic music chart, the RealMusic portal. Echoes of early creativity are reflected in Vitaly's modern works, acquiring a new sound: "Someone" (https://band.link/vitalysazonov_one).

In 2004, the world saw the instrumental album "Road to the northern space" (https://band.link/vitalysazonov_road_i), recently reissued and available on all digital platforms. Then followed a period of creative lull associated with the desire for perfection and the search for the ideal sound corresponding to the author's intent. Despite the pause in releases, the process of accumulating musical material did not stop. During this period, Vitaly also collaborated with the synthpop group Opium (https://vk.com/opiumsynthpop), for which he wrote a number of lyrics.

A new round in creativity is associated with the revolution of artificial intelligence. Having seen the potential of AI tools, he gained a powerful impetus for the implementation of his musical ideas. Inspired by the phenomenon of “AI Creator” - a new role of a creator using the capabilities of AI, in August 2024, Vitaly launched a new solo project, where he acts as a full-fledged author, architect and creator of songs and music. The first single of the project, symbolically dedicated to the world of IT, was called “Pro IT” (https://band.link/vitalysazonov_proit). By April 2025, Vitaly's discography includes more than 80 compositions.

In his creative philosophy, Vitaly adheres to a number of principles: the use of AI tools that guarantee copyright, genre diversity and focus on his own taste. Vitaly Sazonov's music is a sincere expression of the author's inner world, created primarily for personal satisfaction.

Inspired by the sounds of electronic legends Depeche Mode, Camouflage, De/vision and pop-rock classics Queen, A-Ha, U2, Vitaly strives not only to create music, but also to contribute to the development of a new direction - music born in the symbiosis of human creativity and the possibilities of artificial intelligence. His music is a dialogue with technology, a search for new soundscapes and unwavering loyalty to the power of words and melody.
