Full information

Born on January 17, 1967, in the north, in the city of Pechora. Lived in the city of Ukhta, Komi Republic, until he was 38. Like all northerners, he dreamed of moving to the south. And he did. Now I live in Astrakhan.

At school, college, during pre-graduation practice, in the army, I played the guitar and sang in musical groups. I have been singing my entire conscious life. In kindergarten, I was taken to younger groups so that I could sing to them. I entered a music school to study the button accordion, but unfairly received a bad grade and never went back there. The teacher came to our home and tried to persuade me, but I was very stubborn. So I never went back.

My father worked as a taxi driver and took me to work at a taxi depot. There I played checkers with the drivers for money. I was about five years old. I almost always won, and my father earned a good living from it.

When I was in first grade, my parents divorced. I lived with my mother and younger sister. There wasn't enough money in the family. My mother told me about a time when she was completely desperate, turned on the gas and went to sleep with us in the kitchen. Fortunately, nothing happened.

As a child, like most boys, I did sports. I went to judo, I have 1 adult category in swimming, I still love chess and backgammon.

I got a guitar when I was about 12. I quickly mastered the "blatnye" chords and became popular among the kids in the yard. While studying at the school, I composed my first song.

In the army, I served in a construction battalion in Ufa. I was a squad commander and deputy. platoon commander with the rank of junior sergeant. I have the warrior-athlete badge. Out of 500 people, I took 1st place in running. I composed poems for my fellow servicemen for their girlfriends from prose.

After the Army, I worked at a construction site for a couple of years and realized that I could achieve more. That's how I became an entrepreneur. I opened several stalls. I did everything in a row that brought in a good income. I saved up capital. I opened slot machines, a huge pet store, had several places at the market. I sold toys, shoes, jeans.

After I arrived in Astrakhan, I opened the largest ostrich farm. Four years later, in 2009, I decided to try myself in the elections for the head of the city of Kamyzyak, and I won.

The work of the mayor was very interesting, responsible. For me, having experience in managing people, construction, it was understandable. At that time, I was a solid manager. I had a great desire to advance in the executive branch, but I did not have a higher education. I entered the Synergy University. That's how I became a psychologist, a teacher of psychology.

Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, I could not work with the people above me and had to leave. And by the way, I became the last mayor of Kamyzyak, because after I left, the administration was cut, so there is no administration, no mayor. Now the chairman of the Council of Deputies is called the mayor, but this is not true.

While working as mayor, in 2011 I participated in the "Karaoke without Borders" competition. I reached the final of the Russian championship.

Now I am the owner of the family recreation center "Baba Frosya", which is located in the Kamyzyak district, Astrakhan region. The center consists of a zoo, a swimming pool area, gazebos with barbecues, and most importantly, a professional stage. For three years in a row, before the pandemic, the center provided a venue for the rock festival "Hot Autumn". There I met various interesting musicians. As a result, at the age of 55, I took up writing my own songs. I have already written more than forty of them. The musical pseudonym I took was That very MAYOR. Why is that?

There were interesting cases after my departure. In St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kislovodsk, people who found out that I was the mayor asked to take a photo with me. In Sochi, I forgot my license at home and the traffic police officers, seeing my ID, laughed and let me go. That's why I carry this image and I believe that the KVN players will give me a thumbs up.

I think that the age has come when you can do what you love. My songs are meaningful, many with a share of irony and humor.

I also met the guys from the KVN team "Kamyzyak Region Team". They came to me for help to raise money for their trip to Minsk for the final of the first league. I contacted the population through the newspaper, sent letters to enterprises indicating the team's bank account. And everything worked out.

As a child, I listened to music from vinyl records. Khil, Magomayev, Mulerman, Obozdinsky, Vesyoliye Rebyata - from ours. The Beatles, Creedence, The Rolling Stones, Sweet, Slade. They influenced me somehow, and I sang songs with them.
