Full information

Guitarist Henry McCullough, who played in Paul McCartney's band Wings and also collaborated with Joe Cocker and Pink Floyd, has died at the age of 72.

Recall that McCullough appeared on the scene in the mid-1960s, first joining the band People, then Sweeney's Men, who were the first to play Irish folk rock.

In addition, the guitarist took part in the tour of such rock performers as Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd, and is also known for his participation in the recording of the musical theme for the Bond film "007: Live and Let Die".

As Paul McCartney noted: "It was a pleasure to work with him, he is a super talented musician with a great sense of humor."
