British pop singer Adele has purchased a home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County, for $9.5 million.

Information about the deal, concluded about a month ago, has been kept a closely guarded secret until now, Lenta.ru reports, citing TMZ. The 6.6 thousand square foot (613 square meter) house sold to the singer was initially offered to buyers at a price of $9.9 million, a source told TMZ. The mansion has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool and a garden railway.

Adele's neighbors in the new place will be actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Mila Kunis and Cameron Diaz. The singer has not yet moved into the purchased mansion, as she is on tour with her third studio album "25".
